Hi, my name is Tamra and I'll be hosting the Jungle Renewal Retreat this summer in Costa Rica! Located in the Diamonte Valley, surrounded by lush jungle, rivers and cascading waterfalls, this retreat offers a serenity sanctuary -time to slow down, reconnect and remember what it feels like to truly breathe.
I've created this retreat as an invitation to step away from the noise to fully immerse yourself in nature. Over our 7 days together, we'll share simple, nourishing practices that help you release what's heavy, restore your energy, and reconnect with your inner light.
Through guided reflections, mindful movement, jungle exploration and space for stillness you'll find renewal not just in your body, but in your spirit. My hope is that you leave feeling more grounded, open and inspired than ever before!
Itinerary and Excursions
The thoughtfully crafted itinerary offers a perfect balance of relaxation at the retreat - immersed in jungle, wildlife and nearby streams - with adventure filled days such as a hike to the beautiful Nauyaca Falls, Dominical Beach day with local artisan farmers market and a traditional cacao ceremony with sound healing meditation.
Accomodation
The 12-acre property offers a unique blend of luxury and simplicity, featuring 12 villas (6 single, 6 double) that seamlessly integrate with the natural surroundings. With locally made art and furniture, each villa provides a clean-cut aesthetic combined with the raw beauty of the jungle.
What to expect...
Pricing
Whats included? 6 nights in a private villa, 3 nutritious meals per day, airport transfer to and from the retreat, Nauyaca Falls hike, Dominical Beach day with local artisan and farmers market, 3 yoga sessions, cacao ceremony with sound healing meditation, taxes and tip.
What's not included? Flights to and from Costa Rica, travel insurance.
Add ons: massages, optional 'choose your own adventure' excursion.
Prices are per person:
Single Occupancy: Includes your own private villa with double bed, air conditioning, bathroom, kitchenette and balcony = $2650 USD
Double Occupancy: Same as the single villa but with 2 double beds. Perfect for sharing with a friend! = $2450 USD
